Somerset Blinds Policy on Repairs and Servicing:

We will only continue to service, repair and maintain products sold by SOMERSET BLINDS.

For NON – SOMERSET BLINDS products, we will no longer offer repairs, revamps or maintenance.

There is a very small saving when repairing an old blind with Zero Warranty vs purchasing a New blind with a 1 – 3 Year Warranty.

We also do not carry stock of materials and parts required to repair / revamp alternate branded products, and therefore we are forced to ‘make a plan’ to fit our standard stock items, which could be problematic – for example : We may need to change Tubes in order to utilize our components, as alternate branded Tubes are not compatible, and this also increases the risk of damaging fabric that we do not stock.
